Rules for Abstract Submission

Please read the following rules carefully before submitting your abstract.

  • Submission Deadline: November 30, 2026.
  • Abstracts must be submitted by the stated deadline. Submissions received after this date will not be considered.
  • All abstracts must be submitted through the online submission system; submissions sent via email will not be accepted.
  • Abstracts must be original and must not have been previously published or presented.
  • Accepted abstract types include theoretical and clinical submissions.
  • There is no limit to the number of abstracts an individual may submit, regardless of their role as presenting author.

     
  • Abstract Structure:
    • Abstracts must be submitted in English only.
    • Abstracts can be submitted for Oral or Poster Presentation.
    • Abstracts should be no longer than 500 words.
    • Abstracts should clearly include the following sections:
      • Background
      • Aim(s)
      • Material/Methods
      • Results/Conclusions
      • Keywords
      • Short Author Biography (a few sentences)
  • Images, graphs, tables, or other visual materials cannot be included or uploaded.
  • All submissions must be anonymized to comply with the reviewing policy.
  • Other Important Information for Authors
    • Upon successful submission, a confirmation message will be displayed on the screen, and a confirmation email with the details of the submitted abstract will be sent to the presenting author.
      If the email is not received, please check your spam, junk, trash, or other folders.
    • Presenting authors must be registered participants.
    • All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by independent reviewers.

    • The results of the review and selection process will be communicated to the designated presenting author.
       

  • The Submitting Author Declares That:
    • All authors have given their consent to the submission of the abstract.
    • The content does not violate any third-party rights.
    • Consent has been obtained from all authors for the processing of their contact details.
    • All authors have been informed of their right to access, rectify, and request the deletion of their personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
    • The submitting author acknowledges that a request for deletion of personal data may result in the withdrawal and removal of the submitted abstract(s) from the review and publication process.

Personal Data Processing Notice
Personal data provided in the abstract submission form - such as first name, last name, contact details (including email address and affiliation), biographical information, and any other information included in the submission - will be processed for the purposes of abstract submission, evaluation, and participation in the IAAP2027. The data will be processed by the Conference Organizers and, where necessary, by members of the Scientific and Organizing Committees. Personal data will be used exclusively for purposes related to handling submissions, communication with authors, preparation of the Conference program, and, where applicable, publication of abstracts and Conference materials. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the submission and evaluation of abstracts. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary for the organization of the Conference. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, request rectification or deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, as well as the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. Personal data will be retained only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated above, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
